Orders and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.

Project Terms

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on typical scope. Delays caused by client response times or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide requested information in a timely manner
• Complete intake forms and questionnaires promptly
• Respond to review requests within reasonable timeframes
• Provide feedback and approvals when requested

Deliverables

Upon completion and full payment, you will receive ownership of all deliverables unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to use anonymized work in our portfolio.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Consult NTA or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consult NTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consult NTA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be responsible for payment for all work completed
• We will provide any deliverables for completed work
• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
